Jennifer Parr directs client projects in both the new product development and legal practice areas. She is
experienced in designing research studies and measurement strategies, conducting Voice of the Customer interviews,
analyzing and interpreting research results, and presenting findings to clients.
Prior to joining AMS, Jennifer was a Senior Research Associate at Forrester Research, where she researched
topics such as branding, enterprise marketing technologies, cross-channel marketing strategies, interactive TV
advertising, and e-mail marketing. In this position, she conducted both qualitative and quantitative research
and co-authored numerous reports and presentations. She also participated in developing forecast models and
creating internal training programs.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University.
