Andrew Wilson is a Senior Project Director in both the New Product Development and Litigation Support practice areas of AMS. Andrew is well versed in all phases of the research process for both quantitative and qualitative projects, whether framing research questions or presenting complex findings to clients. At AMS, Andrew helps clients by designing research to ask the right people the right questions, and by teaching them Voice of the Customer research techniques. He has extensive experience interviewing respondents, moderating focus groups and designing survey research for both simple and complex statistical analyses. In addition to working with clients to answer their key strategic questions, Andrew has also written articles on conjoint analysis and best practices for using online user generated content (UGC). Andrew previously spent 4 years as a Research Project Manager with STAT Resources, Inc., a full service market research firm specializing in the High Tech, Physical Security, and Telecom industries. In this role, he oversaw research projects from conception to client delivery. At STAT Resources, Inc. Andrew conducted research on various topics including customer satisfaction and retention, employee satisfaction and retention, brand tracking, post-event research, segmentation, new product development, advertising evaluation, and market sizing. Additionally, he developed client-specific relationship, segmentation, and propensity models within the Physical Security and Telecom industries. Andrew holds a B.S. in Business, with a concentration in Marketing and Economics from the University of Connecticut, and an M.S. in Marketing Analytics from Bentley University. He is also a PDMA certified New Product Development Professional. |
