Donna Coburn is responsible for directing all aspects of the primary research data collection requirements for AMS assignments conducted both in the U.S. and internationally. In her role, Donna works closely with AMS project teams to design and oversee the data collection phase for all quantitative and qualitative projects, including focus groups, one-on-one interviews, mall intercepts, street intercepts, telephone studies, and on-line surveys. Additionally, she conducts numerous VOCALYST interviews on a variety of topics, moderates consumer focus groups, and trains new staff members on proper Voice of the Customer interviewing techniques. Before joining Applied Marketing Science, Donna was the Vice President of Primary Research Operations at Information Resources. She has been a frequent speaker at both MRA (Marketing Research Association) and CASRO (Council of American Survey Research Organizations) conferences, an editor of ALERT (an MRA Publication), a member of the MRA Standards and Ethics Committee, and a member of the MRA Strategic Planning Committee. She is also a recipient of the MRA President’s Award. |
