Applied Marketing Science provides market research, consulting and expert insight in two specialized practice areas. Our Product and Process Innovation practice helps companies apply the Voice of the Customer and other techniques to create innovative products and distinctive customer experiences. Our Litigation Support practice conducts market surveys related to consumer perceptions, behaviors and experience in trademark, deceptive advertising, patent damages, class action, and many other types of litigation. Founded in 1989 with roots in the MIT Sloan School of Management, AMS offers an array of services to help our clients find insights to make important decisions.
