Kristyn Corrigan is a Senior Project Director in both the Product and Process Innovation and Litigation Support practice areas of AMS. She joined the company in 2005 and has played an important role in many of AMS’s projects since that time.

In the Product and Process Innovation practice, Kristyn has expertise in managing a wide variety of complex qualitative and quantitative research projects, utilizing such research methodologies as Voice of the Customer, Ethnography, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Conjoint Analysis, Concept Testing, and Web-Based Ideation. She is also an experienced focus group moderator and one-on-one interviewer across a wide variety of product and service categories.

In her work with AMS’s litigation practice, Kristyn has gained extensive experience managing projects related to deceptive advertising, trademark confusion, secondary meaning and dilution. She also has experience working on high profile cases where consumer opinions are an important determinant of liability and damages. Kristyn has also assisted in rebutting opposing expert witness reports.

Kristyn’s research management experience spans many industries including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, high-tech products, aerospace, industrial products, and consumer packaged goods. Many of her engagements have dealt with helping major companies assess and respond effectively to the needs of their customers. She has managed many of the company’s largest and most complex projects over the past few years.

Kristyn has managed a number of AMS’s international research engagements, having led research projects in Asia, Europe, and Canada. Additionally, she has completed graduate study programs in China, France and Switzerland. Kristyn was profiled in a November 25, 2009 London Times article about MBA students studying abroad.

Kristyn holds a B.S. in Marketing and Sociology from Providence College, Magna Cum Laude. She received an M.B.A. in Marketing Analytics and Management with High Distinction from Bentley University, where she was honored as the highest academically ranked student in her graduate program.
