AMS Executive Gerry Katz to Chair Voice of the Customer Event
AMS Executive Vice President Gerry Katz will chair the 11th Annual IIR/PDMA Voice of the Customer Conference for the fifth consecutive year. The conference will be held from December 8-10, 2008 at the Marriott Newport Beach Hotel & Spa in California.
Several AMS clients are scheduled to speak about their Voice of the Customer experiences at this event, including:
- Chris Giles, Vice President of Global Product Development at Pitney Bowes, who will discuss "Trying to Hear the Voice of the Customer in a Mature Industry;"
- Cheryl Richards, Global Market Development Manager at PPG Industries, who will discuss "Understanding the Customer: It's a Breeze"; and
- Rusty Glaser, Executive Director, Commercial Excellence at IDEX Corporation, who will discuss "Deploying VOC Throughout the Organization to Achieve Cultural Change"
