On-Site Training
AMS consultants can help your team develop the skills needed to design and execute a Voice of the Customer project and to use the House of Quality to develop technical product specifications. Our courses are taught on-site to groups ranging from as few as eight to twenty or more. Typically, attendees will all be part of the same product team, which allows the discussion to focus on what is most topical to the group. In addition, our teams often work under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), allowing a free dialogue about critical product strategy issues between our instructors and course participants. Prices for training courses are based on enrollment, subject to a minimum groups size. For information on pricing, please contact us.
About Our Instructors
All courses are taught by AMS’s senior-level consultants, each of whom has an extensive background leading research engagements involving real products and real customer problems, which ensure that each session draws from a deep well of practical experience.
