“Listening to the Voice of the Customer” (2 days)
This 2-day course is designed to introduce product development teams to the concepts of
Voice of the Customer and
to provide the practical, hands-on skills needed to design, execute, and interpret a Voice of the Customer project.
Drawing on AMS’s two decades of experience, the course includes a balanced mix of formal instruction and interactive
exercises to reinforce the core concepts of sample design, discussion-guide development, interviewing, and analysis.
During the sessions, participants will learn:
- What Voice of the Customer is and what it is not
- How to ensure you include the right customers in your study
- Which methods—focus groups, IDIs, ethnography—are best for VOC
- How to ask the right questions
- How to extract customer needs from interviews
- How to act on the results
Cost:
$1,795, including breakfast and lunch both days;
