Glenda Bourque
Office Manager
Glenda is Applied Marketing Science’s Office Manager. In her role, she ensures the office runs smoothly, including managing shipping services, office supplies and meeting organization. She also provides administrative support to AMS’ Human Resources team, including candidate management, scheduling, and onboarding support.
Previously, Glenda was liaison for the Environmental, Health and Safety division at Nordson Medical in Marlborough, ensuring employees were trained in their required safety courses and she provided new hire quality training based on FDA guidelines. She also did extensive document control work, manually editing and initiating approvals for 600+ medical device manufacturing procedure documents to be transitioned into a new document management system.
Prior to that, Glenda held human resources responsibilities, including orchestrating candidate interviews, executing all onboarding processes, and maintaining employee data for personnel records and statistical purposes, processed I-9 forms, and reviewed benefits, handbook, and policies with new hires.
When she is not working, Glenda enjoys hiking local trails, playing tennis, taking in outdoor music performances, and knitting. She plays the violin and piano and currently studies four languages, hoping to be a proficient speaker in at least two of them.
