Maya Hamberg

Maya is an analyst for the Litigation Support practice at Applied Marketing Science (AMS). In her role at AMS, Maya is involved in all aspects of the litigation market research projects, including exploratory research, survey design, data collection, data analysis, and report development.

Prior to joining AMS, Maya completed her undergraduate education at Tufts University, where she majored in Quantitative Economics and developed an understanding and deeper interest in quantitative research and data-driven storytelling. In her economics coursework, Maya engaged in several independent research projects, specifically centered around the economic impacts of affordable housing policies. During her senior year, Maya also interned with Tufts University’s Office of Strategy and Program Development, a role that introduced her to the market research process. As an intern analyst, Maya provided research to support the university in its expansion of new academic programs and review of current academic portfolio, including market research projects for Tufts School of Medicine and the Fletcher School.

From Melrose, Massachusetts, Maya has stayed in the Boston area, unable to depart from New England falls and football. When she’s not watching Tom Brady in another Super Bowl, Maya enjoys reading and spending warmer days at the dog park or in the woods with her dogs.
Maya holds a B.S. in Quantitative Economics with a minor in Urban Studies from Tufts University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
