Nick Vincent is an analyst for the Litigation Support Practice at Applied Marketing Science (AMS).
In his role at AMS, Nick is responsible for helping our litigation projects run smoothly. He is involved in all aspects of the litigation support process, including exploratory research, survey design, survey fielding, data analysis, and report development. Nick has worked for the Litigation Support practice on cases related to trademark and trade dress infringement, deceptive advertising, and class certification.
Before joining AMS, Nick worked on multiple market research projects while obtaining his college degree. These projects paired Nick with real-life clients that needed consumer surveys to help move their businesses in the right direction. It was during these projects where Nick first realized his passion for market research, and where he developed his knowledge of survey planning, design, analysis, and presentation. One of these surveys helped a local art organization reverse its declining membership by determining what services they should provide to increase member retention and growth. Another survey included a feasibility study for a local recreation company to determine whether they should open a physical location or continue to travel to their customers’ preferred locations.
Nick attended Bradley University in Peoria, IL. There, he graduated Summa Cum Laude at the top of his class. He was a member of the international business honors society Beta Gamma Sigma, and in 2018 was given the Rustan Kosenko award as the top marketing graduate of the year, the Kalman Goldberg Award for outstanding academic performance, and the Marketing Excellence Award. Nick was also extensively involved in his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, where he served as its President his Senior year.
Nick is originally from Laguna Niguel, CA but now resides in Boston, his favorite city in the country. Nick is a triplet with two sisters (Lauren and Rachel), and he will never let them forget that he will always be the oldest! The Vincent family has two golden retrievers, Sampson and Dany, who are best friends. If Nick had to choose one character from the TV show “Friends” he relates to the most, he would choose Chandler. Nick’s hobbies include playing the guitar, traveling, and going to sporting events.
Nick has a B.S. in Marketing, with a minor in Management and Leadership.
