Human Resources Manager

As human resources manager for Applied Marketing Science (AMS), Heidi oversees recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and payroll administration. She works with the leadership team on strategic planning and optimizing team effectiveness and serves as a link between management and employees while maintaining AMS’s company culture, core values, and mission. 

Heidi has over 25 years of experience in human resources in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, banking, insurance, and legal cannabis. She has been part of large human resources teams for international organizations and has developed and implemented human resources functions and processes for small independent companies. 

Heidi holds a B.A. in psychology from Framingham State University as well as a certificate degree in human resources from Stonehill College. She holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
